Confidentiality is not always maintained- same with dignity. I did not find it very dignifying when the staff nurse was stood in the middle of the bay doing my admission as opposed to behind the curtain. Being asked ‘so you have haemorrhoids and rectal bleeding and a positive FiT test’ when there are other patients in other cubicles

Found it very easy and relaxing

I was quite nervous about my gastroscope and staff were friendly and reassuring, it was a smooth and quick experience and I couldn’t have been happier

Little to no feedback verbally by staff regarding diagnosis, treatments and other concerns by patient. A discussion would have been helpful. Instead, told to speak to NHS GP instead.

The staff at the reception was great. However I was told that the scope needed to be cleaned owing to some issue of the machine. I waited around 30-40 min. The staff were all great to help.

The staff was amazing and the cleanliness was impressive. However due to delays my appointment went on for 4 hours instead of 60 - 90 minutes! The fact that I wasn't updated is disappointing but the level of care from all the staff made for the delay.

Clean and tidy

The staff were so reassuring. I had a lovely nursing assistant, a few nurses and Dr Ahmed who was a lovely consultant. They all reassured me as I was feeling quite anxious. The procedure was completely painless and very quick.

All the Nurses and the Dr were extremely helpful and friendly every reassuring

The appointment was brilliant the staff so caring and thoughtful, very vert helpful
