Seen very quickly. All staff were fantastic. Couldn't have put me at ease any more for what's a bit of an unpleasant procedure.

Great visit, however felt like it was too fast, had questions to ask and felt like I didn’t have the time because the process moved to quick. Nothing to complain about in that sense however would’ve loved for someone to ask me if I have any other questions prior to doing the multiple steps prior and before the procedure.

The endoscopy team were absolutely wonderful. Every member of staff was warm, friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put me at ease. I felt so comfortable that it honestly felt like I was talking to people I’d known for years. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and was seen almost straight away, so I wasn’t left waiting around which I really appreciated. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism and the excellent care you showed throughout my visit.
