I was a very nervous patient but all the staff were very reassuring and kept me calm

Waiting time not good. Appointment 12.15 waited till half 2.

The quality of the nursing staff was exceptional, particularly the nurse that supported me through the colonoscopy and helped me to manage the discomfort.
