Outstanding in all regards. Wonderful knowledge, wonderful manner, generous in response to questions.
Dr Parmar clearly explained what he would do (aspiration and steroid injection) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was very calm and professional, whilst also being relaxed. Dr Parmar and Uliana (nurse) were both pleasant and friendly and put me totally at ease.
