Went for PRP injections - waiting to see if they have cured the elbow.
Dr Parmar was kind and attentive. I had to do a guided steroid injection but he kept me calm and kept me talking and it was done in just a few minutes. Lots of empathy and kindness.

I was referred to Dr Parmar by my physio after a bad knee injury. I found Dr Parmar to be extremely knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Don’t be put off by the Elite Sports title of the business - I’m certainly not in that category and was treated so well. The treatment I had went very smoothly, and I felt an almost immediate improvement. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Parmar. I should also mention his wonderful assistant Carmen-so helpful, efficient, kind and friendly.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we really value your feedback and are especially grateful for thanking our admin team who work tireless in the background to make sure everything runs smoothly.

“Most knee injuries don’t happen by accident. They happen by overload” In sport we commonly see three major types of knee injury: • Ligament injuries — like ACL or MCL tears • Meniscus injuries — damage to the cartilage in the knee • Tendon injuries — such as patellar tendon overload The biggest mistake athletes make? Ignoring the early signs. Swelling. Instability. Pain during training. Getting the right diagnosis early can make the difference between weeks out… or months on the sidelines. In this new Injury Education Series, Dr Kal Palmer shares insights from 25 years in sports and exercise medicine helping athletes understand injuries and manage them properly. 📍Elite Sports Professional Services at Eight Members Club, Moorgate, London Save this for later and share it with an athlete who needs to hear it.
