About Discover Laser
Discover Laser Medical Skin Clinic located in Burnley Lancashire, is set against the stunning backdrop of Pendle Hill and the surrounding countryside.
Our modern, clean, and comfortable purpose-built facility has six treatment rooms including a surgical suite, and benefits from free on-site parking and a private entrance.
Established by Doctor Miguel Montero with his wife and business partner Gill Montero in 2007, the clinic was founded on the ethos of enhancing and improving the way people feel and look by offering safe and effective treatments.
As a doctor-led clinic, we are fully registered, regulated, and insured. Our team of experienced doctors provides high-quality care in accordance with strict regulations by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and guidance from the British Association of Dermatologists.
Our patients are always our top priority and we go above and beyond to ensure each patient feels cared for throughout their experience at our clinic. Safety, comfortability, and realistic expectations are extremely important to us - we always give clear information about treatment options, potential outcomes, and risks so patients can make informed decisions.

I’ve been a client of Discover Laser for around 5 years. Their professionalism on every level is second to none. The team is welcoming, discreet and reassuring and all treatments and outcomes are discussed in full before any procedures take place and theres a full follow-up post treatment. The expertise of the team is far reaching and setting new standards in treatments and procedures. The clinic itself is immaculate - the waiting area is more akin to a hotel reception, and the treatment rooms are as you would expect in a surgical environment spotlessly clean and fully equipped. 5/5 on every level.
