Discover Laser Medical Skin Clinic located in Burnley Lancashire, is set against the stunning backdrop of Pendle Hill and the surrounding countryside.
Our modern, clean, and comfortable purpose-built facility has six treatment rooms including a surgical suite, and benefits from free on-site parking and a private entrance.
Established by Doctor Miguel Montero with his wife and business partner Gill Montero in 2007, the clinic was founded on the ethos of enhancing and improving the way people feel and look by offering safe and effective treatments.
As a doctor-led clinic, we are fully registered, regulated, and insured. Our team of experienced doctors provides high-quality care in accordance with strict regulations by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and guidance from the British Association of Dermatologists.
Our patients are always our top priority and we go above and beyond to ensure each patient feels cared for throughout their experience at our clinic. I have been a patient at Discover Laser twice now for MOHS microsurgery to remove two BCCs from my face. Setting up the appointment was superb as was the care given by Dr Aslam, Gill, Carol and the nurses. Their kind and friendly manner is very reassuring and made me feel relaxed and in good hands. On arrival the clinic is very welcoming, it’s actually like a five star hotel, and the way my husband and I were looked after was faultless. We were offered tea, coffee, sandwiches and snacks. During the procedure I was even asked to choose the music, which was a lovely touch. I had to have my stitches removed the following week and was struggling to get a GP appointment within the timeframe and I found this quite stressful. I rang Discover Laser, nothing was too much trouble to accommodate me and Dr Montero was great. Well worth the 5 hour round trip!

I have be so self conscious of my facial veins for the past 6 years or more, I have had many consultations and done so much research on finding the best clinic and this clinic is exactly what i was looking for, all the staff, but especially Miguel, are superior laser professionals, educating me and ensuring i got the best results. Thank you, I can't wait to go make up free! X

We were looked after well by Carole, she was the perfect host and the sandwiches were lovely!! The nursing staff with Dr Ali were friendly and did a great job at keeping my mind off the procedure. The only reason for a good on time taken was because they forgot to tell me I could go home until I asked, but it wasn't a problem as the waiting room was very comfortable.

Visiting discover laser, despite the circumstances, was a wonderful experience. All of the staff are so lovely, accommodating and friendly - and all willing to go the extra mile for each patient. The lounge area is well presented, clean and comfortable which made me feel at ease and very relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, I couldn’t fault discover laser and I am thoroughly happy that I chose to go there.
