I was very apprehensive when I first got in touch. The consultation put my mind at rest and I decided to have the procedure done(rhinophyma). I felt part of the process and informed about what was being done. All the staff have been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and my one regret is that I waited so long. The result has cheered me up no end.
