This is my second experience of a procedure at Nuffield Health Cheltenham. On both occasions I have been very impressed with the level of care and professionalism from all the staff that I encountered. The facilities are also excellent.

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

The nurses and staff were excellent, explained what was happening at various stages and helped to put us at ease.

Very good service, and very efficient. I did think the rooms on the ward could be updated a little but overall couldn’t fault the service I received.

The densit and dental nurse were amazing with my daughter who needed a filling. My daughter has additional needs and they explained everything as they went and showed her all the equipment before they used it. I couldn't have asked for more thank you.

I used both Harpenden and Biddenham and found both to be welcoming, convenient and exceeded expectation.

Who knew that going to the dentist/hygienist could be such a pleasure! Everyone at No.5, with out exception, couldn’t be kinder and more friendly but so professional too. A huge thank you to all the team.
