I'm so glad we chose MUMS. At first we were put off being 35 mile away. But in the end we chose to go with them, we are very happy with the overall experience.

Spire Harpenden is a modern well maintained hospital staffed by capable people.

I felt well cared for and that I was treated as an individual from the first phone call through all appointments leading up to my operation. My post operative care and follow ups have been equally easy and straightforward.

All the staff at the Saxon clinic were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The service was great and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. I would say as a negative, that the room I stayed in seemed very “tired”, it was in need of a redecoration. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Each department was an island of excellence

Had Surgery here 4 years ago, had excellent care from all the Staff and was completely looked after from the moment I arrived until I left 4 days later, I have continued to use Outpatient department on a regular basis & cannot fault care that I receive.

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.
