My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Excellent. Only comments I would have would be difficulty parking, and wait times are longer than expected sometimes.

It was the first time I have used private medical care and it certainly lived up to the expectations I had of it. The staff especially were extremely efficient and again that word friendly applies making the whole experience much more agreeable than I was expecting.

5* from start to finish, I have absolutely nothing but amazing words for the whole experience. I have told everybody I have seen where I went for treatment and given out discover lasers name, if in the future I ever need treatment for anything else 100% I will be back with no doubts! The staff are 10/10 and greet you with a smile everytime, they talk to you and ask how you’ve got on and are really attentive and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Doctor Montero hands down I can not fault, he is so calm and gentle, the reassurance and the way he talks you through every single step of the way he is so thorough and an expert in what he does! I’m so pleased with my results from treatment and can not thank everyone at discover laser enough!
