I had surgery on the nhs at Western Eye my care was outstanding.

The clinic was very good at responding to my requests, questions and booking appointments. The staff, nurses and anaesthetists were wonderful. The only drawback is recovery facilities are quite cramped post surgery.

First class; far more discreet, focussed and client orientated than I had anticipated. Dr Patel was absolutely superb in his handling of my issues.

Excellent services with care, kindness and sensitivity. I would particularly like to comment on Katy Hogben’s amazing kindness, supportive and positive attitude in her delivery of the message that I had cancer, her positive approach to managing it and her inspirational attitude ‘ Life is for Living’.

Superb facilities with friendly staff

Excellent pre operation. Post operation follow up by the team was a little more erratic and required me to chase for help/explanations (particularly on rehab but also to clarify a few contradictory instructions) on occasion.

The most compassionate and expert care I could ever wish for as always by Mr Simon Lambert.
