Don't really remember much but the bits I do he was excellent

I had seen Mr Peter Cooke about 2 years ago and he was excellent then so when another issue arose I didn’t think twice about seeing him again. He was excellent again as was Mary Riley his Secretary.

Amazing doctor, so knowledgeable and patient. Excellent bedside manner very friendly and brilliant with children too!

Could not fault Dr Bala. Was brilliant with our daughter. Made her and us feel relaxed. Before even starting the appointment, he started playing with her. Made us feel like he cared and not just wanted to get us in and out. He listened, had remembered her notes we had sent over so when we got there the discussion flowed and I didn't feel pressure in trying to explain everything. He was very thorough and made sure we understood what he was saying. Before we left he even asked if we had any other questions (no doctor ever usually has the time to ask this) he even helped us with the pharmacy after when we called the hospital as we encountered an issue. BRILLIANT!

Dr Kanani was fantastic with my daughter. He agreed to see her for dermatology complaints and although couldn't answer all our questions referred us on and we have an appointment very quickly to be seen within the NHS. My daughter was petrified of blood taking but he put her at ease and she thought it wasn't too bad! Thank you
