For me The advantages outweighed the risk factors. Mr Manandhar Listened carefully to my Reservations and reassured me that he would take extra care And try To avoid Any risk of Unwonted Side-effects. I gave full permission for everything but strictly if necessary and try to stay on the minimal side. The surgery was successful to a large extent. Although I’m not fully voiding as i would like I’m 80% there and it is up to me if I feel I need to self catheterise - I have to go several times.. double, triple and quadruple voiding and sometimes you just run out of patience and other times your schedule dictates a time frame so I then have to self catheterise to give me the ability to live my life and get on with a work day without delay. I am grateful for his skill as a surgeon and as a consultant. Thank you

The doctor Amar was very helpful and patient with me. Provided me with the right information and understood my concerns. But The medication that has been prescribed to me is not working for me as I made me feel pain in kidney and always wake up with dry mouth.

Having suffered for over 10 years with my condition finally the NHS delivered and Dr Manandhar diagnosed the issue immediately and within A year was operated on , I can’t say thank you enough as an unpaid carer you restored my faith in the NHS
