I met Mr Manandhar on the morning of my procedure. Although I already had a good understanding of what was going to happen, he explained the procedures very well and also allayed some concerns I had with post operative issues. There was no rush and I felt reassured regarding the upcoming procedure. Mr Manandhar was also present when I was being prepared for anaesthesia and the few words that were exchanged made me feel comfortable and confident prior to the surgery.

Doesn’t listen to the patient, waited weeks for the letter following my appointment and found it full of errors. I wrote back confused and asking nicely for clarity and got a rude and massively inappropriate letter back.

My experience was well. I had only two consultations with him but I got all the information I need. He had good explanation from all the questions we had to ask and also was honest in what differences there might be from what he learnt in medical school. Thank you very much for the help.
