Communicating with him was so easy and productive, always knowing what the plan was. Extremely timely input. Really helped me when I needed it especially after struggling elsewhere for so long. Very pleasant manner and pre op explained everything he was doing very well but I had trouble understanding at my post op consultation at first, I was a little confused. But we got there in the end. Although I'd said my wounds had healed I would have liked him to check as it now looks as if I've got 2 bellybuttons and I wanted to run that by him as to why. Everything went very well and to plan. A very pleasant gentleman.

The whole end to end process from initial consultation to post op and after care was exceptional.
