Mr Ho explained every little detail about my eye condition so exquisitely, he gave me complete understanding and confidence to move forward to the operation day. I thoroughly enjoyed going through that procedure with him, his wonderful secretary Katie, his outstanding skill in eye surgery and the care and precision in after care was beyond my dreams. To learn that, just 4 weeks after surgery, the macular hole has already closed was so exciting and I am forever grateful to Mr Ho and his team for their exceptional kindness and professionalism. Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. I was recommended by a friend who had the same Bilateral refractive lens replacement with Trifocal lenses that I was looking for and I am so pleased I followed that advice. Everything was explained to a super in depth degree, including videos of the actual procedure so I was fully aware of what to expect. The aftercare and follow ups were excellent and I was left in no doubt that, had there been any issues, which there weren't, everything would be managed which gave me piece of mind in making my choice of surgeon. Our eyes are so precious, it's important that you fully understand everything and you have the utmost faith in the professionals you choose. My only regret is that a phaffed around and didn't get it done years ago!

Whilst Mr Bowes has a tremendous depth of expertise in his field, he explains his diagnoses in plain English, taking time to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed. His treatments are proficient, quick and transformative. Whilst I am somewhat squeamish when thinking about eye surgery, he put me quickly at ease and now I can say that my fears were unfounded.
