I had never been anaesthetised before and I was very anxious. He reassured me. My follow-up appointments with Mr Richards were very thorough and he recommended a very good physiotherapist. A year on the results of the surgery are excellent. I can straighten and bend my arm normally with no restriction or discomfort. The scar is hardly visible. I highly recommend Mr Richards.
