My experience was excellent. He made me feel relaxed and answered all my concerns.

A very knowledgeable and approachable surgeon, however it was quite disappointing that my concerns regarding the ongoing knee instability following the ACL reconstruction surgery he performed hadn’t been taken into account in a timely manner. I had to seek an opinion from another consultant, who arranged the MRI and other appropriate tests, and confirmed that the surgery wasn’t completely successful.

Very calming presence and clear explanations

I was referred to Mr Ghosh by another Consultant who I was informed undertook half knee replacements that I had been advised I should consider having. Mr Ghosh confirmed this would be the best option, showed me my MRI and the damage to my knee and that he was happy to perform the operation. This was scheduled for just 3 weeks later. I received a detailed explanation of what the operation entailed and the possible issues that may arise. I met with Mr Ghosh both pre op and after it had been performed and then again 6 weeks later. He gave me very good advice concerning post operative physiotherapy and that my recovery was very much in my own hands. I'm very please to say I have made a rapid recovery. I considered I was in expert hands throughout and very pleased with the outcome.

I have found David to be efficient, highly knowledgable, caring and professional. I have just had my second TKR (sadly at 52) having waited four years since the last one. There would have been no other surgeon I would have trusted to carry out this operation. In fact last year my friend (Dr Clive Swainsbury) had both knees partially replaced by Mr HB on the back of my recommendation. Luckily I only have the two! But I wish Mr HB all the best for the future, and thank him for his skill and care over the last few years.

First class in all respects

Mr Ahmad was helpful in his explanations at all times. He described the condition of my knee and the procedure he was proposing to deal with it. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly. He pointed out risks as well as potential benefits, as well as indicating the likely post-operative experience and evolution, both worst- and best-case. He was friendly, attentive and caring both before and after the operation.

Mr Jayadev operated on my 16 year old daughter who needed ACL reconstructive surgery. He communicated with her clearly and thoughtfully so she felt at ease and supported. Pre and post operative care has been first class.

The treatment I received from Jonathan Miles was excellent.The operation on my knee went smoothly and recovery has gone well.His manner is friendly and he explained everything in simple terms. I couldn't have asked for more, and should I need further surgery in the future I will have no hesitation in using him.
