Mr Atkinson communicates thoroughly everything I needed to know about my surgery and condition, pre admission and post surgery. He is straightforward and to the point when communicating important elements, a trait I like and respect. He is also respectful, charming, humorous and wonderful human being on top of being a cracking surgeon.

My experience was excellent. He made me feel relaxed and answered all my concerns.

Mr El-Tawil was very patient, understanding and helpful. He gave very thorough explanations and reassured me that solutions exist if my pain returns in the future. I am very pleasant with my experience so far.

Mr. Jayadev did a thorough assessment of my knees explaining each step along the way. He also really listened to me to understand my symptoms. Without a doubt, the most skilled consultant I have seen about my knees. Incredibly knowledgeable and his experience and expertise are second to none.

David has been absolutely superb throughout my treatment. I started having knee problems 5 years ago and David has provided care to me throughout this time. I eventually needed replacement joints and the care I received has been truly exceptional. David has always been patient and understanding and always took time to answer any and all questions and to reassure me at every stage. He is a fantastic consultant and I am very happy with the outcome.

I had my operation in May on my Knee after suffering a lot of pain. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Mr Bhattee. The surgery went smoothly not a pleasant experience but Mr Bhattee was so thorough, kind, gentle and totally professional in every way, it made a bad situation bearable. Excellent surgeon ,spent 2 nights in hospital after full knee replacement and was walking normally within 2 weeks

Can’t rate Mr Davidson highly enough! I was referred to him by my GP due to osteoarthritis in both knees. X-rays had already confirmed this. On our first meeting, he X-rayed my hips and found the same problem. One total hip replacement and total replacement of both knees was therefore necessary. This was August. By March all three operations were completed. Before he started, we checked his statistics online. In a trade where practice really does make perfect, he had completed a greater than average number of procedures with less than average complications. This is no doubt due to his thoroughness and attention to detail which was mentioned by his registrars in post-op discussion as being above average. He instils confidence with his cheerful, friendly and humorous personality and a calmness which belies the stress that must accompany this job. My operations were all completed successfully and I am very pleased with the results. At 68 I had developed the gait of a 90-year old, but have been transformed by these ops into......a normal 68 year old (at least)! Many, many thanks.
