Dr McKean was really good at reassuring me about this procedure by explaining how it is done beforehand then talking me through each part as he did it. It was so quick and painless that he'd finished before I'd realised he had done it. I'd definitely recommend him.

I am new to the UK medical system and he has taken a great deal of time explaining how things work here and helping me to find the correct treatment and work within the system. He is extraordinarily responsive to questions and frequently gets back to me the same day, even if it's outside of normal business hours. I have seen a lot of practitioners and rarely have I felt that they truly understand my condition and are interested in discussing possible treatments. Dr. Singh is exceptional in that respect. I have never felt rushed or that I've been anything other than a top priority at each appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. Singh more highly. Mr. Lambert was totally professional in his explanations. He was very thorough in his examination of my shoulder and so so gentle in any manoeuvre to ascertain the source of my pain. He reviewed all the information presented to him and was able to exclude serious shoulder deficiencies. He was reassuring, kind and empathetic. A delightful and caring, sensible doctor. His endearing quality of humility in the face of his hugely powerful qualifications was a pleasure.
