I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

My consultation with Dr Farah was excellent; his deep knowledge was very evident, but he was also keen to understand my particular patient journey. I feel relieved to be under the care of Dr Farah and impressed by the urgency with which he has gone about moving my case forwards.

I recently saw Mr Khan for patella tendinopathy. From start to finish he was professional and reassuring. He explained the condition and the options available to me, listened to my concerns and ultimately put my mind at ease. I like to thank Dr Singh for the patience and excellent consultation . I have made an appointment with Dr. Singh for a second opinion. I am under treatment in France for rheumatic polyarthritis and was in need of more information, a confirmation of the illness and treatment. Dr Singh exhibited great medical and communication skills. The planning process was very efficient and there was great flexibility to match my dates as I came from abroad. Dr Singh studied in advance my scans, blood results and documents which made the 45 minute appointment very efficient. He understood quickly my situation and explained calmly and in detail my case. He gave me good advice and I do regard this appointment as very useful and explanatory I felt very much relieved after the visit. I like to thank Dr Singh for his professional and diligent approach.

Dr Imbuldeniya demonstrated a great deal of experience in his field. From the outset he put me at ease explaining his prognosis and the available options for intervention. Throughout the whole process he was professional and demonstrated a great deal of care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Mr Mallina was reassuring, showed empathy and provided clear explanation throughout. The Dupuytren's condition of my finger was quite severely bent and Mr Mallina said it may require a skin graft, however much to my relief, he was able to avoid this and managed to successfully straighten my finger. There has been good recovery and mobility in the hand after the operation. I will require additional operations on my fingers in the future and I will not hesitate to come back to Mr Mallina to undertake them.

After years of not being fully satisfied with rheumatologists I can say that now I am with Dr Dobrina Hull. She is very professional and caring.

Kind, genuine and extremely knowledgeable about the human body as a whole and how factors can all play a role into exacerbating an injury. Best foot doctor in the UK who was originally recommended to me by someone else. Wouldn't go to anyone else for my feet issues!
