My experience with Priory has literally been life changing. When I first started my therapeutic journey I wasn’t in a great place in life, after the help and guidance of Hafifa I now feel comfortable and confident within myself. I have a strong sense of clarity and confidence that I’ve been given the tools to succeed on my own going forward.

I have seen Marta de Oliveira for pelvic floor Physiotherapy for a couple of times and I can say that was super helpful all I have learned with her. I am now pregnant and not having to deal with the issue I had in the past. I highly recommend her to anyone that has pelvic floor issues. She is extremely professional and friendly.

The therapy has been amazing. I have felt as though I was always learning something new.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

Efficient and insightful. My concern was that I would be encouraged to have surgery but I was rightly recommended to try physio first.

An incredibly supportive environment, staffed by highly competent and caring individuals.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

The Priory North London has saved my life! Florence was extremely helpful and helped to educate me about autism and nutrition. As a family we have made lots of changes and are much happier and healthier as a result. Florence was always on hand for help and advice and sent me lots of additional material, including lovely recipes. I would highly recommend her service.

Dr Bloomfield is great to work with. He and his staff are all extremely kind and friendly. With their help I have managed to regain my life. I have always been supported when needed. And when in crisis have had the best help anyone could wish. Without this experience I would not be enjoying life in the way I am capable now.
