I felt immediately comfortable that I was in good hands with Dr Mohammed. Consultations were timely. I never felt rushed during them and he was clear in his diagnosis pathway. He also took the time to properly answer my questions and put me at ease when devising a treatment plan for my condition.

Dr. Pakrashi has been wonderful in assessing and treating my teenage daughter for her irregular heartbeat; we are very confident with his diagnosis. He has answered all of her questions and has helped her with anxieties about her condition. He has also referred her for further testing with another consultant; for a second opinion and this has also put us at ease. We cannot recommend him enough. Dr. Pakrashi and his PA Emma , have both gone out of their way to make us feel as if we are their only patient. Thank you so much.

Following a case of pneumonia in 2020, shortly before the onset of Covid, I have developed symptoms of dizziness and also atrial fibrillation soon after my discharge from hospital. I have found it difficult to find someone prepared to listen to me and advise me. Difficulty in seeing or speaking to a GP (for reasons I understand) have left me to try to work out what is wrong with me and why my symptoms, including problems with balance and several falls, have increased over the 4 years. I have had to discontinue the exercise classes I have attended for over 10 years, to my detriment. I thought it could be due to medication and probably the effect of a beta blocker. Dr Lowe has listened to me, advised me and given me a supervised period without a beta blocker. Symptoms of dizziness and unsteadiness increased accompanied by an irregular heart rate and some breathlessness. Dr Lowe has given me a diagnosis which seems to fit with what I am coping with and has referred me to a neurologist in case there is some underlying cause. I am very relieved and grateful not to be responsible for finding out what is the matter with me for a start.
