Everyone at the hospital is kind and professional, wait times are good and the hospital as a whole is a nice place to be.

This hospital has caring but professional staff ,excellent facilities and great food. I felt well cared for every minute I was in the hospital and had the assurance of further help if needed after I was discharged. I would recommend this hospital without hesitation.

Lovely friendly staff, clean facilities and private car park a definite bonus.

I appreciate they are undergoing building works and this isn't the usual experience. But, at the moment, for all patients (out-patient, arriving in-patients, visits) you're greeted by a tiny two-person reception desk with a similarly small sized waiting area. If there's more than one patient waiting at the desk, you have to queue outside as there's no other option if the rest of the area is full. Slow service as there's not enough room for the usual number of staff.

I attended the Wonersh clinic with chronic pain and stiffness in my right hip. The treatment that Waqaar gave was extremely helpful and I appreciated the care and attention he gave. My symptoms have since eased considerably and I'd have no hesitation in approaching Bevan Wilson again should I experience further difficulties.

Excellent staff and organisation.

All the staff were friendly and efficient. The hospital was clean and well kept. Waiting areas were large, comfortable and refreshment were readily available. The only downside is the extremely limited parking which meant having to park on-street and the associated complexities with maximum parking duration (2 hours).
