Absolutely wonderful meeting with Mr Arulampalam today. Listened to my concerns and symptoms, and was really comprehensive with explaining my procedure and diagnosis. Felt really comfortable with him and I feel like I’m in the most capable hands

I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does. 100% recommend.

Dr. Anderson is an excellent consultant. He both listens, explains and advises in equal measure.

Dr Kandiah kept me informed of what was to be expected in the procedure. The preparation for the procedure instructions were clear and therefore easy to follow. During the procedure, there was a point when he could not continue and he informed me of the reason and immediately sent me to a scan (on the same day). All of which was efficiently and sympathetically done. The follow up appointment was just as informative. He answered all of my questions and provided me with the reassurances I needed. I would highly recommend Dr Kandiah as he is extremely professional with an amazing bed side manner.

Cancer is a painful and terrifying experience and I will be forever grateful for his skills, care and dedication. I am now cancer free after 5 years and I owe everything to Mr Abdul and his team.
