Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

The doctor and nurse were lovely and looked after me well. With hindsight, as my procedure was close to my ear and the noise of my skin being cut was quite traumatic, I would use ear plugs next time, and it would have been nice if this option had been suggested to me. Otherwise everything was great.

Cromwell Hospital is generally always a good experience.

The staff were courteous and made me very comfortable. They explained the whole process clearly and concisely. From what I saw, the standard of cleanliness and hygiene was excellent.
