Great friendly service, procedure was explained in simple terms and was given opportunity to ask questions.

This was an online session. Matt was very careful to check the form and level of the exercises to suit and stretch me. We discussed getting the balance right so as to be achievable and not off-putting. We have come a long way but this is still a journey
