Dr Jain was a brilliant doctor for my Son. He performed tonsil and adenoid removal for my son. From our first consultation to our follow up appointment Dr Jain was very knowledgable, polite, and listened to all of our concerns and explained every step.

Dr. Dalili was able to talk me through the procedure and best possible outcomes. I felt at ease and did not experience any painful or negative symptoms.

Dr David Beckett is extremely personable, his communication skills are excellent and this is further helped by his brilliant sense of humour which greatly helps alleviate any stress and worries for the patience. It is clear he is well respected by his colleagues and has an excellent working relationship with his team.

Dr Indian Davagnanam was very thorough in explaining the procedure in a very friendly manner, so that nothing came as a surprise during the lumbar puncture. The reason for the 4 stars, rather than 5, is purely because I was not provided any information by the clinic regarding the procedure beforehand, despite requesting it. I had booked my appointment directly with the clinic, so I cannot blame this on Dr Indran Davagnanam, but it would be really helpful to have some information before the day of the procedure.

My experience of Jonathan was an exceptional one. I would not hesitate to see him again and would highly recommend.

Mr Stimpson was very empathetic and able to provide answers to all of the questions I had regarding my treatment. He provided me with several treatment options, outlining the pros and cons of each and throughout the process, was very informative and able to put my mind at ease about any concerns I had.

Mr Ahmed was very calming in explaining what my symptoms could mean and what tests/treatments I can do towards a recovery. His explanations were very clear and I felt reassured by his help. Thank you so much!
