Dr. Rovira has been extremely helpful in explaining my condition. He has given the appropriate level of detail and reassurance in every conversation. Very professional and thorough overall, and very thankful that he led the surgery successfully.

Excellent care, communication and treatment for a potentially complex operation (removal of a large tumour in the parapharangeal space). He is kind and straightforward in his communication. He is insightful, shares his thinking and options in a way that is easy to understand. Surgery was completed robotically with complete and successful removal of tumour and great post op healing. Mr Rovira balanced attention to detail, pragmatism, involvement of and coordination with the wider clinical team. I would highly recommend him for consultation and treatment/surgery.

I was very worried with two neck “lumps” which my GP sent me into a tailspin of worry. Almost immediately I was put at ease by Mr Rovira - he has a wonderful, capable, calming manner and I felt confident in his explanations and relieved he took extra precautions to confirm. Excellent care and advice throughout the treatment. Explanations about diagnosis, treatment, recovery and risks were very clear. Took the time to engage thoughtfully with my wife during the various meetings which helped her process it.

Mr. Rovira was very informative about what my diagnosis was, how it would affect me and filled me with confidence when he advised the treatment plan. The plan went as expected, I had no pain afterwards and the results were as he had predicted. He then gave me a timeline of what would happen next and that he would see me perodically during the treatment to keep abreast of my reaction to treatment. Overall, he put my mind at rest, which allowed me to come to terms with my diagnosis without any extra worry.

Aleix is incredibly knowledgeable. He explains complicated and technical/medical terms very clearly. He was a pleasure to deal with.

I had an issue with my left ear which luckily resulted in the extraction of serum hence nothing too serious. Dr Rovira is a very down to earth person, extremely knowledgable of his profession and always makes you feel welcome.

Mr Aleix was very friendly and made the consultation and procedure very stress-free.
