Amy was super competent and friendly; provided extensive explanations despite being in obvious discomfort from her own injury.

Tom is superb. Listens and helps and goes above and beyond. Humble, yet he knows his stuff and I trust him. Excellent. Thank you.

I was Erin's client for 18 months whilst we investigated and resolved ongoing hip pain that I'd had off and on for years. I'm a runner and when I couldn't run without my hip and back hurting, I finally acknowledged that I needed help. As a runner herself, Erin got why I was so attached to the sport and was patient and thorough in her assessment. Never once telling me that the answer was to just give up running. As these things go, when we'd fix one thing, something would shift and change, Erin rolled with these evolutions and adapted my treatment. Erin was keen to keep me building toward full recovery and ongoing maintenance, we even did 121 reformer pilates sessions so I learn to do those properly and add that that core-focused work into my workout regimen. These are all examples of how when I walked into a session, I had the highest confidence that Erin would listen to my symptoms, assess them and adapt my treatment as needed. When you work with Erin, you're in very good hands.

Mark is a fantastic therapist, kind and thoughtful, adjusting exercises and training as the weeks went by to match my progress and needs (which also meant it never got boring or repetitive and I actually stuck to the programme). He has an in-depth knowledge of the procedure I had (full knee replacement) so could answer all my random questions, whether about the odd ache or clicky noise, my range of movement, the wound itself, or even how to get out of a bath, so I felt reassured and supported during the recovery. I found Mark very respectful in a personal sense, in terms of hands-on physio, and also in my home environment. He's warm, friendly and also extremely punctual!

This guy is the best physio in London... I went to Opus with an ankle injury after a fall and twist. I am back to running 60km per week with no pain and I feel stronger than ever.
