I have been very fortunate to be part of the most wonderful, interesting and diverse group with excellent therapists. I have learnt so much and have noticed that using these skills this has improved my day to day life. My 1-1’s have been structured and very beneficial to reinforce my use of skills but to also to know I have such consistent support. First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.
