Excellent treatment ,aftercare and follow ups. Everybody went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible, including spotlessly clean premises.

He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils.
