Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. Dr Giulia Luciano removed two cysts from my scalp and did an amazing job, leaving almost invisible signs of the procedure. Also, I did not have any pain during and after the procedure. I was worried that I would be losing some hair after the costs were removed, though she was very careful and left no damage to the hairline. I was very happy with the outcome.
