My only difficulty in conveying my opinion of Kieran Power is finding the right words to express just how amazing a surgeon he is. This was after two previous reconstruction attempts had left me in a sorry state. I had been told it was in fact a “satisfactory result” because I could hide it in a bra (!) and there was not much else that could be done to help me. I was devastated and disfigured but my sister, a nurse, urged me to get a second opinion. From the moment I first met Kieran, I felt totally safe. He immediately reassured me that he could help me. His gentle manner is incredibly calming and I cannot express how much it meant to be treated with such kindness and respect after my previous experiences. This served to significantly reduce my anxieties from the start (and I had hitherto been treated for PTSD in connection with previous medical related traumatic experiences and my previous unsatisfactory cancer recon surgeries). I knew I was in safe hands and that this was a surgeon I could trust. His integrity and skill are outstanding. My surgery and recovery all went very well and I received wonderful care (Donna, his secretary, is just brilliant!). I have since shared photos of my recon with other breast cancer patients and they always say “wow, I want your surgeon!” I had just about given up even daring to hope that I might ever be able to feel vaguely happy about my body again after cancer but Kieran is a real life genius surgeon - I am eternally grateful to him. This Summer I pranced around in a bikini on the beach actually feeling confident I think!?!

An excellent experience. All staff were amazing - very helpful and explained what was happening. As a previous theatre nurse I was really impressed with the whole procedure. Mr Harley is a brilliant surgeon with a great sense of humour which makes one very reasurred. Thank you very much.

Mr Joshi performed upper eyelid surgery for me yesterday, what an amazing gentleman he is! I am so thankful I had my surgery done with him. He made me feel at complete ease from start to finish and I am so happy I had it done at the Harley street hospital with him . After going through a mastectomy and a failed implant through another surgeon, I came to see Mr Ramsey to try and find a solution for the long term. Mr Ramsey gave me the confidence and reassurance from our first meeting and I am pleased to say he delivered exceptional results - and surpassed my expectations. He is extremely calm and patient and he made the whole experience positive and focused on my wishes and getting me back to where I was before the diagnosis. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Mr Ramsey to anyone - he is extremely knowledgable and achieves incredible results with a very collaborative approach to take into account what the patient wants.

Gave confidence and reassuring

From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. The day of the operation all the staff were amazing and although it’s quite painful I felt I was receiving the best possible care. After 4 days I felt much better and after my cast was taken off two weeks later people who saw me were unaware I’d had anything done. I’m so delighted with the result and have a new found confidence. After waiting so long to get it done I couldn’t be happier. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr Townley and his team to anyone wishing to have rhinoplasty.
