I came in very nervous about my session as I have been struggling with my weight and health for a while. But after the first 5mins Rachel really made me feel comfortable and the plan that we came up with was really for me to follow at home. Cant wait for our next session!

Dr Wilson is clearly incredibly knowledgeable yet she can convey the information in a way that is very easy to understand. She listens and takes the time to answer your questions.
