Charlotte was very helpful and she had a good plan for me to reduce my cholesterol level and I followed her good advice to the word. I have now a rule book too follow thanks to her.

She has been brilliant in helping me improve my energy levels throughout the day. She has been a great help!

Charlotte was extremely helpful. I have a condition than makes eating very uncomfortable, and I had gotten to the point where I just wasn’t eating much at all to avoid symptoms. This left me tired, dizzy and losing weight fast. Charlotte was able to calculate my estimated calorie requirements, how much I was managing to take in and what the deficit was. She then shared specific recipes and recommendations for high-calorie foods to make up the difference, focusing on foods that wouldn’t exacerbate my symptoms. After only a day or two of trying her recommendations, my energy returned and my symptoms improved. Very grateful for Charlottes help!

She questioned me thoroughly to gather the information she needed, then ran through it with me again to ensure she had all the relevant facts. My experience was very positive and professional. Miss Foster was extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. She asked relevant questions, took a complete medical history and showed an understanding of my specific situation before making any recommendations. She was clear that her treatment suggestions should be integrated into my ongoing clinical care. She proposed with my consent discussing my case with NHS physicians involved in my management. I felt reassured after the consultation and shall return for a follow up.
