My only difficulty in conveying my opinion of Kieran Power is finding the right words to express just how amazing a surgeon he is. This was after two previous reconstruction attempts had left me in a sorry state. I had been told it was in fact a “satisfactory result” because I could hide it in a bra (!) and there was not much else that could be done to help me. I was devastated and disfigured but my sister, a nurse, urged me to get a second opinion. From the moment I first met Kieran, I felt totally safe. He immediately reassured me that he could help me. His gentle manner is incredibly calming and I cannot express how much it meant to be treated with such kindness and respect after my previous experiences. This served to significantly reduce my anxieties from the start (and I had hitherto been treated for PTSD in connection with previous medical related traumatic experiences and my previous unsatisfactory cancer recon surgeries). I knew I was in safe hands and that this was a surgeon I could trust. His integrity and skill are outstanding. My surgery and recovery all went very well and I received wonderful care (Donna, his secretary, is just brilliant!). I have since shared photos of my recon with other breast cancer patients and they always say “wow, I want your surgeon!” I had just about given up even daring to hope that I might ever be able to feel vaguely happy about my body again after cancer but Kieran is a real life genius surgeon - I am eternally grateful to him. This Summer I pranced around in a bikini on the beach actually feeling confident I think!?!

Explained everything in detail, Just great service

My experience with Dr Khatib has been nothing short of astounding. Every step of the way was paved with care and attention to detail. He was more than happy for me to undergo a revision procedure which reassured me that the standards set by himself were very high, and that he was empathetic to the expectations of his patients.

Took the time to answer and explain my questions. carried out a thorough investigation and I did not feel rushed.

Dr Eugene Ong explained my options in a professional and courteous manner. Should the need arise, I would have no hesitation in seeking his opinion in the future.

Mr Anand operated on a basal cell carcinoma on my forehead using the Mohs technique. What was originally quite a deep cut, which I feared could lead to an insightly and prominent scar, has ended up as almost invisible. Mr Anand is clearly very skilled as a surgeon and I'm personally very grateful! Mr Anand takes great care with his explanations, was generous with his time and advice and i would strongly recommend him as a dermatologist and surgeon.
