Mr White is an excellent surgeon. The most reassuring aspect of his care is a reluctance to operate without exploring non-invasive avenues first. Mr. Lambert was totally professional in his explanations. He was very thorough in his examination of my shoulder and so so gentle in any manoeuvre to ascertain the source of my pain. He reviewed all the information presented to him and was able to exclude serious shoulder deficiencies. He was reassuring, kind and empathetic. A delightful and caring, sensible doctor. His endearing quality of humility in the face of his hugely powerful qualifications was a pleasure.

He explained the treatment and any side effects and was very supportive of my accessing the treatment via the NHS.
