Wonderful. Dr Singh responded within a minute of sending an enquiry email. I had an immediate appointment. He was very knowledgeable, reassuring, and patient. He gave his diagnosis so clearly and was able to give me a pathway forward. I would highly recommend him. I enquired about a possible relapse of PMR and had a diagnosis of osteoarthritis with a drug free approach for the future.

He was precise, easy to understand, for me as a non medically trained person, he had a good manner, was polite and caring.

Really pleased with service and advice and care of mr rai. After initial consultation and discussion of all the options. I was fortunate that the problem I had was seen too early and at the time was not suffering like other people further down the line with same condition, just pins/needles etc. So with the advice given by mr rai and explaining the procedure making clear benefits and risks. I was very concerned. But knew it had to be done to avoid future problems. Mr rai spoke to me before operation of disc replacement of c5/c6. once again explaining procedure. I’ve had operation and am back on my feet and going home following day after mr rai telling me operation all went well. I thought I’d be in more pain but actually feel comfortable. Mr Langdon has been a great consultant from start to finish. His advice has been very accurate and he has been very helpful.

I could not recommend Mr Mokawem enough after the treatment and care he has given me for my scoliosis. Every appointment we had, we are always approached with a reassuring and calm manner, and feeling fully informed on our possible options. We were meant to go ahead with surgery, yet after the Multi-Disciplinary Meeting took place, we were told that in my current position, they should not operate until further investigation had taken place. This just shows how incredible this team is, willing to postpone the surgery as something was not quite adding up. However, after thorough investigation, the surgery went ahead. He always left me choice throughout this process, listing all of the benefits and drawbacks of each stage. I was operated on at the RNOH, and almost every day, Mr Mokawem would come and see me. On around day 3, he came in and asked me if I wanted to stand and go for a short walk. I didn’t as this was one of the days I felt the most sore, but after some time chatting with him, he reassured me and supported me to push myself. I could not be more grateful for Mr Mokawem and his team’s care, and would highly recommend him to anyone! He has been hugely reassuring both to me and my parents.

Dr. Bhangoo has made everything in his power to explain my condition and reassure me. Even though he is not the main consultant that operated on my brain, he showed interest and compassion. I was extremely confident he had my case under control
