On the day of my surgery, he saw me on the ward just before going down to theatres and I must say his bed side manner is second to none. His sense of humour is wild and he is just an excellent, intelligent, knowledgeable, compassionate and sincere consultant. I cannot fault Mr Windsor on anything. When I had recurring problems, he was constantly on the phone to me. What about his incredible Team! I must commend his secretary, Susie, for always going over and beyond her role as a secretary and also being extremely efficient. Not forgetting Tracy, his Nurse, who is also an amazing and caring soul. I always look forward to attending my appointments with the Team as I always laugh so much from the moment I get in to when I leave - you know what they say - laughter is therapeutic and they really are the loveliest team ever!
