I have been seeing Matt for about 18 months now, following a hip replacement. He has been great at helping me work on my balance and regaining strength in my legs. Matt really thinks about the needs of his clients, sets realistic goals and is both encouraging and reassuring.

I have been working with Nick for the last 4 months to help rehab a significant hip injury. From initial once a week sessions simply focussed on pain management he worked with me to help manage the ups and downs of the early rehab process. We then moved into strengthening the problem region with a focus on both returning to running pain free and achieving some ambitious long term goals. I am now running again pain free and am starting to build back to full training ahead of the fall marathon season. Nick kept things simple and pragmatic throughout. I particularly appreciated his flexibility and excellent communication. Both helped me manage to get consistent, effective, treatment alongside busy work commitments. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Alex is an outstanding physiotherapist. Originally from Belgium, I currently live in London. After undergoing shoulder surgery in Brussels, I had to immediately travel to London for my studies. Alex managed my entire rehabilitation process with exceptional skill. Thanks to his efforts, my shoulder has completely healed, allowing me to even go skiing! Throughout the rehabilitation, Alex closely monitored my progress, customising each session to meet my specific needs. He went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate with my doctors in Belgium, ensuring a cohesive recovery plan.
