Giulia is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is an expert in her field. And a very warm individual. Osteopathy treatment brought me an immense relief. My shoulders, neck and hips were very tight and I had a lot of tension accumulated over the years. The discomfort was pinpointed by Giulia. The relief was immediate, it felt absolutely wonderful. It took a few sessions of osteopathy and associated remedial massage, to feel the full transformation. It promoted better posture and better sleep. I would highly recommend Giulia to everyone. My experience with Nick had been great, i'm a semi-pro basketball player, hurt my knee and was diagnosedwith patella femoral pain, it was so bas i couldn't even jog let alone play basketball. I came into Nick thinking I'd have to stop playing basketball forever because at this point I had seen 2 different physios. It was 4 months after the injury when I saw Nick and within 2 months I was playing again after 6 months I'm back to the level I was, I'm pain free and what's even more impressive is I'm the most athletic I've ever been. Nick is probably the best physio out there he knows what he's doing and I highly highly recommend him if you are serious about your recovery.

Martin was incredibly professional and friendly. He worked with me to understand where my pain is coming from and propose specific exercises. Over the 5-6 months I developed a better understanding of what I need to change in my workout and implemented his recommendations.
