I cannot thank Daniel enough, being a runner who has suffered with shin splints for years I never thought a) I would be rid of the dreaded pain, or b)I'd ever be able to train to run a marathon. However Daniel's skills and knowledge changed this, he built my confidence as a runner and helped me to believe hard things are possible. Being able to run distances of 32km pain free meant everything to me. It is clear that Daniel is passionate about restoring his clients to performance. He is patient in his approach and is very client centred. I would highly recommend his services.

I was first introduced to Gabs as an Osteopath by my former PT, as my existing Osteopath had moved outside of London. I found Gabs to be an excellent Osteopath, and so when he told me he also did Personal Training, I jumped at the chance to train with him. I now think having both osteopathy and PT with the same person is an amazing privilege. I love training with someone who understands the quirks of body. I feel that through a combination of training and therapies we are working to undo years of bad posture and bad technique… while still seeing visible physical results in my body. I can’t recommend Gabs enough.

Millie is amazing. I wouldn't see anyone else for my physiotherapy now. Millie takes the time to listen to exactly what's going on and adapts the exercises as and when.

Dimitra at Bodyset is a true gem. She has exceptional skill and expertise and she provided me with much-needed relief from my lower back pain. Not only was she accommodating and polite, but she also took the time to understand my needs and concerns. Her massage technique was spot-on, applying just the right amount of pressure to alleviate my discomfort. I am incredibly grateful for her outstanding care and highly recommend her to anyone seeking effective physiotherapy treatment.
