Bodyset - Richmond provided me with an excellent service and outstanding results. My physiotherapist, Fernanda Saldanha, is welcoming, empathetic and knowledgable. At my first visit, she quickly located the source of my severe debilitating upper back pain, drew up a comprehensive treatment plan of hands on therapy and provided home exercises to release the nerve, strengthen the back and ease painful spasms. Fernanda is the consummate professional, expertly massaging out the knotted area during our sessions together to release the intense spasms and pain. At each visit she took meticulous notes, noting each improvement and modifying and customising her treatment plan accordingly. She would ensure that after each visit, I receive an email and link to my home treatment plan. I saw improvements after each session and by the end of the last two sessions I there was only a normal residual tenderness with complete resolution of pain and spasms. I am hugely grateful and impressed by Fernanda's ability to return me to normal mobility so speedily. I was so restricted by the back spasms, that I was unable to even drive due to intense nerve pain in the arm. I want to thank her for her kindness, understanding and expertise - I highly recommend Bodyset - Richmond.
