Dimitra at Bodyset is a true gem. She has exceptional skill and expertise and she provided me with much-needed relief from my lower back pain. Not only was she accommodating and polite, but she also took the time to understand my needs and concerns. Her massage technique was spot-on, applying just the right amount of pressure to alleviate my discomfort. I am incredibly grateful for her outstanding care and highly recommend her to anyone seeking effective physiotherapy treatment.

I started my physiotherapy with Dimirta in mid-June and she has been amazing in helping me recover from 2 ACL reconstructions. I visit Dimitra once a week and she has really helped me recover and help get my confidence back in training.
