I have been working with Nick for the last 4 months to help rehab a significant hip injury. From initial once a week sessions simply focussed on pain management he worked with me to help manage the ups and downs of the early rehab process. We then moved into strengthening the problem region with a focus on both returning to running pain free and achieving some ambitious long term goals. I am now running again pain free and am starting to build back to full training ahead of the fall marathon season. Nick kept things simple and pragmatic throughout. I particularly appreciated his flexibility and excellent communication. Both helped me manage to get consistent, effective, treatment alongside busy work commitments. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

George is astute to his patients’ needs, building excellent rapport with them and then developing a tailored physiotherapy plan with them to help transition to a healthier and more stable lifestyle.
