My stay at the priory was an incredibly positive one. It’s tough but the like skills gained are invaluable going forwards. The therapy team are incredibly strong, relatable and highly skilled. Every member of the staff from admissions and reception are incredibly helpful and the ward staff are simply amazing. I cannot speak too highly about the Priory staff. The food could have been a little better if I have one criticism.

Josephine the secretary is incredibly helpful patient and provided all the information in due time, as well as assisting my inquiry of meeting with the psychiatrist Dr Ajoy Thachil, who made himself available for my consultation. To whom I greatly respect his diagnosis and plan for treatment. You are such a wonderful team and automatically wonderful humans experience. Thank you.

Postive , professional experience with clear communication

It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.

I cannot speak highly enough of All Points North's addiction course. This program has been nothing short of life-changing for me. Under the guidance of their dedicated team, especially Andrea Taylor, I found the support, understanding, and tools necessary to navigate through the darkest depths of addiction. Andrea Taylor's patience, care, and wise words were truly the guiding light that led me out of the fire of addiction and self-destruction. Her compassionate approach and unwavering support provided me with the strength and courage to confront my demons and embark on the journey to recovery. From group therapy sessions to individual counseling, every aspect of the program is designed to empower individuals on their path to recovery.
