Gus has been helping me to combat sciatica pain in my leg and weakness in my back. He identified the areas of my body that needed strengthening and provided me with a workout programme that’s noticeably increased my strength in these areas. He’s also encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone and lift weights that I previously thought impossible for me to tackle! All helping me to gain confidence in improving my strength and fitness.

I have been working with Nick for the last 4 months to help rehab a significant hip injury. From initial once a week sessions simply focussed on pain management he worked with me to help manage the ups and downs of the early rehab process. We then moved into strengthening the problem region with a focus on both returning to running pain free and achieving some ambitious long term goals. I am now running again pain free and am starting to build back to full training ahead of the fall marathon season. Nick kept things simple and pragmatic throughout. I particularly appreciated his flexibility and excellent communication. Both helped me manage to get consistent, effective, treatment alongside busy work commitments. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Nick was amazing! I was struggling with shin splints and lower back pain during and after runs. I booked an appointment with Nick when I realised that the pain wouldn't go away on its own and it was time to take some action! He checked everything from my posture and running form to my strength and mobility. Considering I have no medical background, I really love that he explained in simple terms what was causing my pain and showed me diagrams/images of the body parts acting up. He helped me improve my running form and I completed his 6-week strength training programme, which was really accessible - you can complete it at home if you don't have a gym membership. I very rarely experience pain now, but when I do, I now feel like I have more knowledge to handle it better, meaning it will just be a one-off rather than becoming something longer-term like before. I can't recommend him enough - I feel stronger now than ever!

Great experience with Dylan - really helped me get back onto my feet after my hip flexor tendinopathy in the build up to my ultramarathon. The exercises he prescribed were tailor-made to my condition and I feel more confident now.
