Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Excellent care and very kind and helpful staff.Always came immediately if required.I was never made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance however adequate times I needed help.Medical staff all very experienced and felt completely safe in their hands.

Professional and efficient

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.
