He took his time for reflection, which combined with his demeanour, helped us feel overwhelmingly reassured by his clinical judgement. Visited Professor Iain Bruce with my 16 year old daughter for osteoma removal. Professor Bruce was exactly what she needed. She was stressed and upset after a failed ear syringing appmnt found (and poorly communicated) the osteoma to her but he was not phased and clearly explained everything - putting it into perspective, formulating a plan, allaying her fears and making her feel safe & well looked after. So much so that despite having never been in hospital before and having quite a rare condition, she didn’t worry at all about the surgery or recovery at all as Professor Bruce had it covered. I feel very privileged to have been able to have professor Bruce treat my child and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
