Brilliant. One of the best doctors I've ever seen. Mr Rovira was kind, polite, efficient and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humour too. Likeable and built great rapport as well as reassured and helped. The clinic was great too.

I can honestly say, Mr. Stephen Derbyshire has hands of gold!!! He did a wonderful job for me. I feel so blessed to know him and have Stephen as my doctor. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind, caring and friendly. All of the staff were great – they were helpful and kind. After a desultory 6 minute phone appointment with our NHS GP for my 91 year old mother who barely concealed her disinterest, I was grateful to receive a recommendation to Dr Dan. The difference between the two experiences was chalk and cheese. We had our appointment online which was the easiest option for mum. The first big difference is that a 30 minute consultation with Dr Dan is standard. Sheer luxury! Dan actively listened, showed interest, he was both friendly and respectful, directing his questions to mum rather than me as her carer which pleased us both greatly. His responses were decisive, reassuring and crucially, compassionate towards an elderly lady who was more than a bit scared by her recent health challenges. He was willing to think outside the box on her health issue which required exactly that approach. We have had two subsequent follow ups and have been similarly delighted by the advice received. Dr Dan is skillfully assisted by Nathan who runs the The Wright Practice extremely professionally and with great good humour. I’m very relieved to have made the move from our NHS practice to Dr Dan.
